Overview:

Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives that translate CEO vision into business outcomes. This hybrid role requires a strategic leader who can define product vision while managing complex business programs, ensuring alignment with business goals, and delivering value to customers and stakeholders. 

You will bridge product strategy and business implementation to drive market expansion, and operational efficiency.


Key Responsibilities & Scope


1. Business-Aligned Product Strategy

  • Define product vision and roadmap that directly support company business objectives. ​

  • Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities with business impact. ​

  • Develop and manage comprehensive project SOP and timelines​

  • Prioritize initiatives based on business value, technical feasibility, and resource constraints.

 

2. Program Delivery with Business Outcomes ​

  • Lead end-to-end execution of programs and campaigns ensuring they deliver promised business results. ​

  • Translate product requirements into technical specifications while maintaining focus on business metrics. ​

  • Manage program timelines, and risks with clear visibility into business trade-offs.


3. Cross-Functional Business Leadership

  • Serve as the central point of alignment across teams, product stakeholders, and business units. ​

  • Facilitate decision-making that balances business , operation and product excellence with business priorities. ​

  • Communicate program status and business impact to executives using both technical and financial metrics. ​

  • Manage stakeholder expectations by clearly linking technical progress to business deliverables.
